This week on The VHS Club, it’s raining outside… which means it’s officially time to snuggle up with one of the ultimate 90s romantic comfort watches: Sleepless in Seattle (1993).
Starring Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan, this Nora Ephron classic gave us long-distance longing, radio call-ins, Empire State Building destiny, and peak soft-focus romance. It was one of Katie’s all-time favorite movies as a teenager — so the big question is… does it still hold up?
Join us as we:
☔ Revisit the magic of Hanks & Ryan (even when they barely share scenes)
📻 Talk fate, destiny, and rom-com grand gestures
💌 Break down the emotional moments that still hit

It’s cozy, heartfelt, and a little idealistic — the kind of movie that feels perfect for a rainy evening with popcorn and a blanket.
