Cooper Text (I have the 2nd edition but if you ate studying, get the 3rd edition as that is what the exam is based on. I linked the 3rd edition here)
Cooper Companion Site (This one is for the 2nd edition. Although the test is on the 3rd edition, a lot of the basic vocabulary and concepts are the same in the two texts and it can still be helpful)
