The process for Kevin has changed since he first started creating and designing developments in 1988. “I remember I took a sketch into the city, and I had about three pages of hand sketches, and that’s what I used to get the project approved.” Today, there is a more complicated process of committee approvals, permitting, and review boards, which can take up to a year before you get approval for your project.
