Life is busy, so busy in fact that we start to tell ourselves that we can't do the important things because we simply don't have time. In this episode I talk through how we all have plenty of time in our lives to live healthy and get everything else done. This may mean that we have to take time away from other tasks that are unimportant. The fact of the matter is this, healthy people make good decisions every day. If we want to be healthy, if we want to lose weight - we need to use our time more wisely with pursuits that are going to help us be healthy. We all have time every day to go for a walk, even if that means that we need to get up earlier to get it done!
