Now let me get this straight. I'm not talking about weighing and measuring your food, you certainly don't need to do that. But something that you need to do is to measure what you are doing throughout the day.   In this video I talk about holding yourself to a schedule in measuring what you are doing when it comes to your food, water and walking every day. If you want to really lose weight you have to have some sort of a plan or structure, then you need to measure yourself against that plan or structure every day. If there is no measurement nothing if he manage and no weight loss will be achieved.
