According to Ephesians 2:8 "We have been saved by grace", that we have been given by God. It is the undeserved and unmerited favor of God. But the moment we sin, we struggle with thoughts of condemnation, and we tend to distance ourselves from God, rather than running towards our gracious and merciful God.
