Josh and Ryan have thoughts about lifting. Or rather, what you're doing with your time when you're not lifting. In this episode, we encourage you to share your equipment responsibly, leave the tripods at home, and get back to treating the gym like what it is meant for: a place to wonder if you've done enough reps to work off that third donut at breakfast. (The answer is 'No', but only because you should eat what you like and enjoy your life! Have a fourth donut if it calls to you.)
Also in this episode, we kick off Black History Month by testing Ryan's knowledge of the Mandella Affect (case in point, did you know it was actually spelled 'Mandela Effect'?). We talk about the legend himself, of course- how can you not spend half an hour on such an icon?! He's got his own holiday! Do you have a holiday? No? Then you're not working hard enough in the gym!
No, but seriously, Nelson Mandela is one of the all-time greats, and we have a great time venerating his tremendous legacy.
