Si e' svolto dal 15 al 18 luglio il Terzo Plenum del Comitato Centrale del Partito Comunista Cinese. L'economia cinese cresce solo del 4,7% nel secondo trimestre, nessuna delle difficolta' economiche che il Paese affronta sembrano diminuire o essere efficacemente affrontate, e la Cina avanza nell'unica direzione a cui sembra essere realmente interessata: un'industria tecnologica sempre piu' avanzata.
