Our Mission and Purpose: The Art of Living provides a spiritual environment where everyone

We are the Art of Living Church family. We encourage you to invite your family and friends to

Affirmation for today: “Comfortable with the Uncomfortable.” As good as life is, we can
sometimes experience uncomfortable situations. Some of these situations can be blessings in
disguise, guiding us to choose something greater. Learning to be comfortable with
uncomfortable allows us to see where the blessings are. Affirm this truth and feel these words
as I read them: “I trust in the power of my word and the law that acts upon it. I am guided to
experience only the highest and best, always and in all ways.” And so it is. This is from SOM,
