Impostor Syndrome is also known as comparison syndrome - you think you're not qualified or you are a fraud.

I've dealt with this in so many ways in my own life. Here's some ways I've learned to overcome it:

  1. Share your feelings, you are not alone
  2. Shift from expecting perfection to celebrating your success
  3. Self compassion - acceptance of yourself and kindness to yourself, self talk
  4. Stay in the present moment - thinking of future causes fear
  5. Focus on service - take attention off yourself and moves to helping others
  6. Practice positive affirmations - change your belief systems, using the word AND
  7. You cannot be an impostor in your own story - instead of comparing yourself, shift to embracing
