Zuddha Yoga emphasizes Sadhana - a practice that takes you to your goal. Zuddha, meaning "pure" or "correct," refers to Waylon's dedication to the original pure stream of yogic teachings.
As a dedicated student of the entire Vedic spiritual universe for over two decades and inheritor of an authentic lineage, Waylon Belding's classes are fun and challenging, all while staying true to Yoga's traditional roots and deepest purpose: union with the Divine.
With in-person events and a thriving physical and online ashram, there are daily classes on both asana and yogic philosophy accessible worldwide.
Waylon and Zuddha Yoga boast a roster of students from every continent and dozens of certified teachers who are active members of an engaged community.
