Sermon Why me Lord?

THERE A TIMES IN LIFE WHEN IT SEEMS THE BURDENS ARE MUCH MORE THAN  WE CAN BEAR AND WE CRY OUT “WHY ME LORD?”

Psalm 10:1
Why standest thou afar off, O LORD? why hidest thou thyself in times of trouble?

Malachi‬ ‭3‬:‭15‬ ‭NKJV‬
“So now we call the proud blessed, For those who do wickedness are raised up; They even tempt God and go free.’ ”‬

Psalm 102:4-6
My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread. 5By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my skin. 6I am like a pelican of the wilderness: I am like an owl of the desert. 7I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top.

Psalm 22:1-3
My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring? 2O my God, I cry in the daytime, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent. 3But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.

GOD NEVER FORSAKES HIS CHILDREN! LET US REMEMBER WE ARE IN ENEMEY TERRITORY

Luke‬ ‭22‬:‭31‬-‭32‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“And the Lord said, “Simon, Simon! Indeed, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me, strengthen your brethren.”

Hebrews‬ ‭13‬:‭5‬-‭6‬ ‭RSV‬
“Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have; for he has said, “I will never fail you nor forsake you.” Hence we can confidently say, “The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid; what can man do to me?”

Isaiah‬ ‭49‬:‭14‬-‭16‬ ‭RSV‬‬
“But Zion said, “The Lord has forsaken me, my Lord has forgotten me.” “Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget, yet I will not forget you. Behold, I have graven you on the palms of my hands; your walls are continually before me.”

EVEN WHEN IT APPEARS AS IF GOD IS NOT THERE, HE IS THERE SILENTLY WORKING OUT HIS WILL FOR YOU.‭‭ JUST HOLD ON TO GOD THROUGH FAITH

Psalm 145:4-5
I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul. 5I cried unto thee, O LORD: I said, Thou art my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.

Job 23:8-12
Behold, I go forward, but he is not there; and backward, but I cannot perceive him: 9On the left hand, where he doth work, but I cannot behold him: he hideth himself on the right hand, that I cannot see him: 10But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold. 11My foot hath held his steps, his way have I kept, and not declined. 12Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.

GOD NEVER ALLOWS BURDENS TOO HEAVY FOR YOU TO BEAR‼️EVERY TRIAL IS WEIGHED AND APPROVED BY GOD BEFORE IT TOUCHES YOU.

1 Corinthians 10:13
There has no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that you are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it.

Deuteronomy 33:25-27
Thy shoes shall be iron and brass; and as thy days, so shall thy strength be. 26¶There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun, who rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky. 27The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.
