Description

This episode is for you if you know you’re meant for more. Mike DeRose left his high-paying corporate job for entrepreneur life after a lot of reflecting on what he wanted for his future. We talk about what that transition was like, taking action when you’re scared, and how living in an RV catapulted his personal growth.

Mike grew up in a suburb town outside of Boston, Massachusetts and attended Providence College where he studied marketing and Finance. In 2010 he relocated to New York City with Bank of America. Mike was responsible for driving sales, customer service, and employee development in a competitive consumer banking market. He spent 11 years with the bank, and before leaving in 2020, he was responsible for 16 financial centers and 200 employees.

In September of 2020 Mike left BOA to join his wife, Jess Glazer, at Digital Business Evolution. DBE, as he likes to call it, is a digital education company that helps entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs monetize their ideas through course creation. Mike serves as the Head of Growth and Head of Operations.
