Description

The older we grow, the more we are acquainted with the underrated importance of silence and waiting.

Saturday of Jesus’ last week on earth is a perfect example.
As most eyes focus on Friday, for the valley, and on Sunday, for the victory that it represents, we sit and ponder on a Saturday that might have been filled with many doubts and with much reflection.

We rest here probably because Saturday is perhaps the most relatable day for any believer that didn’t see Jesus live, die and rise with their own eyes. Even now, we live in what seems like an eternal Saturday of reflection about the truth of the gospel and what it represents.
And we are all faced with the same decision that Thomas faced, which was, will you believe?

Let’s sit here a while and let the Holy Spirit bring Jesús’ words to our remembrance
