WNBA is trying to artificially cook up a rivalry that's not there. The product has underwhelmed in money terms for 25 years. Why? Bad marketing. Focus on teams not the individuals. Magic, Jordan and AI are exceptions not the rule. The NBA should do the same thing but they won't. They have unlikable stars.
WNBA can be saved and finally start making a profit but until they stop with the fake rivalry, fake racism, and the salary complaining. They will keep churning no profits.
