Trout originally tore his meniscus on April 29th, and after rehab and a clean bill of health, he began his rehab assignment at Triple-A. Unfortunately, Trout exited after one plate appearance and two innings in center field due to discomfort in his left knee. The pain persisted, and an MRI a few days later revealed a second tear.
