There have already been 22 school shootings in the United States this year alone. In 2022 there were over 300. Lawmakers and school boards scramble to find solutions while parents fear sending their children to school. Amongst the chaos, we forget who is most affected by these tragic, terrifying events. What do the students think? How does the increase in security and extra "shelter-in-place" drills affect these young people? How safe do they feel? Today we are joined by 7th grader Toby to hear a fresh perspective.
