This week we welcome the supremely talented Georgie Bailey to Starving Artists. George is a playwright, poet, producer and co-founder of Chewboy Productions. I have always admired Georgie as a writer since seeing the wonderfully surreal 'Tethered'. Not only is his work moving, truthful and often absurd (in the best of ways!), but I think he challenges the conventions and form of theatre itself in many of his pieces. His next project is 'these words that'll linger like ghosts till the day I drop down dead' at The Pleasance Theatre, Islington and I'M IN IT!! Please come along and support. 13th-24th June, tickets can be found here: https://www.pleasance.co.uk/event/these-words-thatll-linger-ghosts-till-day-i-drop-down-dead
