John Bailey is the COO of World Challenge Inc. and the Founding Pastor of The Springs Church in Jacksonville, Florida. He came to know Christ in 1981 in the Tampa City Jail. John has now been serving the Lord in pastoral ministry for 35 years. He is a graduate of Southeastern University with a focus on Pastoral Ministry, Systematic Theology and Bible. Since graduating, God has led him to minister the gospel in over 50 nations, particularly as a pastor, missionary and evangelist to Cork, Ireland.
