September is the time of transition and change as we ease back into routine. It can also feel like we are hitting the ground running and it's hard to keep up with all the shifts to our routine.
Let's dig in to how we can navigate this season and use it to come back to balance. When we build routines that serve us it brings stability, balance, and ease to our day to day lives. We also need to build mindsets that focus on our consistent action even if it is imperfect.
