In this episode, I interviewed Marjon Henderson, V.P. of Brand Experience at Neiman Marcus, a luxury store across the United States.  Neiman Marcus pledges fashion, quality, and unparalleled service maintaining a close relationship with their customers, vendors and associates alike.  Vogue has called Neimans, "Texas with a French accent."

In our discussion we spoke about what it takes to make moments matter to the customers; making them precious, memorable and full of surprise. Marjon spoke about why its not "just" shopping at Neimans rather a memory to be cherished, how the experience starts from the time you park your car to taking selfie's in the store. It's not just an experience for some rather can be shared with many in our lives through a box of chocolate to a fanstasy gift worth millions. 

I had the pleasure of walking the store with Marjon who has practically grown up at Neimans with 20+ years of service starting as an intern and now running their Brand Experience.
