How do we handle the moments when God invades our lives? And, how do we handle the moments when we miss that God invasion? It was Christmas Eve, 1990, and I was awakened during the night. Since I was awake, I wandered out to the living room, where I stepped right into the presence of God. Although I had been a Christian for years, I did not know that I should stay in that moment until the presence of the Lord lifted. So, what did I do? I went back to bed. God takes our missteps and turns them into excellent teaching opportunities. He is so good that He doesn’t let anything go to waste.
