Happy Pride Month! Welcome to our June 2023 podcast featuring a returning guest speaker, IHC CWO Fitness Coordinator, Co-Founder of IHC's Two Spirit Group, Marissa Hemstreet.
Two Spirit Group serves as a safe space for people of the Two Spirit LGBTQIA community and allies.
Each month will consist of some or multiple components:

- Arts & Crafts Project
- Nutrition Presentation
- Guest Speaker
- BINGO or Raffle
