Bruce Givner is of counsel to the Los Angeles law firm of KFB Rice, LLP.  He has been practicing tax law for 46 years.  His practice consists primarily of helping taxpayers (i) reduce, defer or eliminate capital gains taxes; (ii) reduce or eliminate estate taxes; and (iii) reduce the tax on earned income.  Over 125 of his articles have been published in professional publications, and he has had 6 books published about tax planning.  He was the winning counsel for the taxpayers in L&B Pipe & Supply, rebutting an IRS attack that the taxpayers received too much deductible compensation.  He has been cited by the California Court of Appeals; the U.S. Tax Court, Wall Street Journal and other publications.  His most recent book - about his role in the Watergate Scandal - is available on Amazon.
