Description

In this episode, I go through a body scan breathing exercise that can help you reconnect with your body, melt tension and stress and create space whenever you need it. Whether you live with one dog, multiple dogs, dogs and kids or dogs and cats, life can sometimes be stressful. Often, we aren't aware of how our lives with dogs may be causing our stress or that we are carrying stress in our bodies. Our animals can pick up on that stress and may start to act stressed as well. By taking time to relax and breathe, decreasing our stress levels, we can help our animals decrease theirs as well.
