Rev. Mitchell Boone preach from Luke 2:15-20 for our 2021 Christmas Eve worship service. He called attention to the chaotic scene, not only in the text, but also in our lives. That too often the Christmas season feels like something we have to get through rather than something we celebrate... much less Good News.
In the midst of all the chaos and the tension, Mitchell also turned us to hope. Hope in the midst of the chaos and reminded us that Good News is indeed Good News for all. Even a poor, unwed, pregnant woman some two thousand years ago... even you, here and now.
