Description

For S1E2, Kristi and Larry dive headlong into the roots of resilience, from its origins in developmental psychology, to its use (and misuse) to describe coping behaviors for physicians today.

Along the way we discuss not only what resilience is - the ability to show recovery despite adversity - and what it is not - learned helplessness, gaslighting, and Stockholm Syndrome.

Sound like a big bite?  It sure is!  So fasten your seatbelts, keep your eyes on the road, and join us for a wild ride through the land of adversity and coming out on the other side intact!
