A: Ok. So you had surgery for your shoulder, huh?
B: Yea I did. It was my freshman year in college so 3 years ago.
A: Alright. Have you ever had any major injuries or illnesses?
B: Besides dislocation? No, I don't think so. I've been pretty healthy, I guess.
＜日本語訳＞
A: 過去に肩を脱臼したことありますか？
B: はい。あります。
A: 以前の脱臼が完全に治るまでどれぐらいかかりましたか？
B: 手術前に1ヶ月リハビリをして、手術の後は3ヶ月のリハビリでした。なので、4ヶ月、、、ぐらいですかね。
A: なるほど。肩の手術を受けたことがあるんですね。
B: はい、あります。大学1年生の時だったので3年前ですね。
A: わかりました。今までに大きな怪我や病気をしたことはありますか？
B: 脱臼以外でですか？ ないと思います。今までは結構健康だったと思います。
受傷機転の聞き取りは問診の中でも一番大事な部分なので、問診で使えるフレーズを覚えたら、ぜひ次は聞き取りの練習をしてみてください！
