In a landmark Episode, we meet a grand older lady of immense fortitude and wisdom, Elizabeth Lane. Now 86 years old and having lived with type 1 diabetes for 66 years, Elizabeth speaks with authority on past years living with this chronic condition, both without and with the benefits of modern treatments and technologies, and the wonderful evolutions and revolutions in insulin therapy and sensing technologies over the decades.
