"I’m changing my training time from mid day to first thing in the morning before work, any tips on how to navigate this change so that I don’t lose quality in my training, eg I’m worried I’ll be weaker in the morning but obviously won’t be hungry for a big pre workout meal at 6 am etc so any advice for this would be so appreciated :)"
