In this episode, we talk to Tonya Thomason, the East Idaho Dutch Bros Stores owner. Tonya's life journey started in Roseburg, Oregon. Growing up, she was shy and quiet, something she continues to improve on. But her optimistic attitude helped her improve herself.
Tonya feels fulfilled when she can serve others, which happens every day at Dutch Bros. She started her career with Dutch Bros in her second year of college. While working there, Tonya set a goal that scared her; franchising from Dutch Bros. She didn't have the funds to do it, but by being passionate and working hard, Tonya knew she could achieve her goals. When the time came to open the store, Tonya was ready, and her mentors and friends encouraged and pushed her to do it. She is now happy that she can guide her coworkers and help them when they need her.
