Businesses today don’t do a good job of differentiating themselves from their competitors.

Three reasons:

  2. ​They use CLAPTRAP expressions like “We are better….” and “We are the best…”.
  3. ​They use meaningless ASPIRATIONS to try and define their position “We are in business to save our home planet…”.

True differentiation is found in being The ONLY One who satisfies what people CARE about in a relevant compelling way.
