This weeks lesson is a continuation of the previous lesson on the Armor of God. This weeks lesson, titled “Waging Peace”, has us review the various aspects of the armor we should put on as we walk this earth. Starting with the belt of truth and going Al the way to the sword of the spirit, each item is discussed in context of what we should be prepared with as a Roman soldier prepares for battle. Looking at our own experiences in the military and the use of this type of imagery helps in connecting the lesson Paul is presenting to the Ephesians.
