Genesis P-Orridge was a prolific artist, musician, occultist, and philosopher whose work spans the second half of the 20th century into the early 21st. Constantly pushing the boundaries of what it means to be human, Genesis used their art to shock themselves and others into awareness. S/he is one of the best, if not the best, examples of an artist who used their art as a tool for self-discovery.
