Description

In this episode I explore different ways in which dopamine can enter our system and the ways in which we should aim to consume it. After all it is what makes us feel good.
Following a week off, and feeling a little bit lost I had the realisation that the feeling of being down could be due to consuming far too much social media and spiking my dopamine "unnaturally" prompting some research into the subject area and the differences in dopamine you'd receive from running and that from drugs.
