#03: This transition from Therapist to Coach has me looking at the gap between identifying a problem and taking action to improve your circumstances differently. Today I talk about the auto-pilot lifestyle we can find ourselves in as we circle around acknowledging a problem then quickly rattling off barriers to seeking a solution.... rinse, wash, repeat.
I ask you all to take a moment to really consider "What am I waiting for?" so you can get to the heart of the matter. When we can be honest with ourselves about where we're at, what's holding us back, and what the real barriers are to improving/ addressing parts of our lives, that's when new opportunities are considered and new solutions can be taken!
Whether it's your physical health, your relationships, your career, your self-esteem, whatever... I encourage you all to take a second and get real with yourself when you ask "What am I waiting for?" You are too damn special to experience life feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lonely... anything but your best!
