#13: I'm hoping my lack of restful sleep didn't get the best of me with this message and that the point/ goal of this conversation lands with you all! My hope is that this discussion encourages you to zoom out and assess how much you take in and put out energetically across all parts of your life. Consider your 5 senses, your daily tasks, your interactions with others, how your body is feeling, your emotional stability, etc. If something is off, draining, or depleting you, then be sure that your input and output are as close to balanced as possible!
