#17: I love the synchronicity that this birthday reflection is my 17th episode because that is my birthdate! Anyway, I thought I'd take a second to share on some key takeaways from last year and how that is informing intentions I have for year 37!
I know myself well enough to know that I can get sucked into the highs and lows of everyday life and that can restrict my ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture of things.
