Description

#21: "Should" is often a very pressured-filled word that leaves us feeling guilty, ashamed, and very self-critical. Much like those pesky, unnecessary emails that can flood our inboxes, lots of rules filled with "shoulds" in our head can bring more harm than good.

In this episode I talk about 3 steps to take yourself through to become aware and evaluate the number of "should" statements you live your life by and how to edit and tweak those rules for a thought pattern than is more self-compassionate, flexible, and empowered. Thank you to the ladies of "Me Time" Meet up for your thoughtful conversation, incredible feedback for one another, and for inspiring this episode by taking the time in your day to care for yourself and your needs (no matter what the "shoulds" in your head were trying to tell you!)
