#27: Sometimes in life, we need reminders and permission to do the things we know our soul is craving, yet we have a hard time acknowledging and listening to. Even as a Therapist/ Coach, I'm here to tell you it's ok to not engage in personal development activities every. single. day. Sometimes the most nourishing and rewarding things we can give ourselves is the freedom to rest, be lazy, laugh, play, and seek joy over productivity. Also, being curious to ask ourselves questions over self-criticism, is much more likely to help you tune in to your intuition, wants, and needs SO much more effectively!
