I’m your host Megan Kjolsing, a licensed Mental Health Counselor turned Personal Power Coach/ Mentor. My purpose is in helping women embrace how valuable and worthy so they can live lives that they absolutely love and are proud of! Each week I’ll give you a source of mental health inspiration and information, offer reminders that you are special just as your are, normalize conversations around mental health, and talk about the importance of joy, fun, and pleasure.
