Sai-Wai Foo is a Melbourne based artist and fashion designer who has worked across the Australian fashion industry, and is dedicated to inclusion and representation. She is the Program Coordinator for Melbourne Fashion Festival, and has also appeared on the TV show 'Making It'. Lauren chats to Sai-Wai about her creative history and achievements, the misconceptions of a creative workplace, diversity in fashion business, and how it's never too late to take a chance and do what you love.
