This week on For Christ's Sake, Anakin! I look at the Canon itself, how Lucasfilm is crafting a coherent story through books, comics, TV shows and other media, centred on the films themselves. I pay special attention to the way stories set in the "Dark Times"--between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope--help people see just how integral the Prequels are to the Saga and the universe as a whole.
First I introduce a new segment, called "whatcha readin?" where I discuss how I'm Star Warsing this week. The news segment focuses on Kieron Gillen taking the helm in the Ongoing comic book run, as it (hopefully) brings us to that icy planet with wompas.
