My brother Jamie's back to give us his thoughts on the newer films of the Disney era. We go into the intellectual themes of The Last Jedi, partly informed by the "Director and the Jedi" and the "Balance of the Force" featurettes on the Bluray release. We also endeavour to speculate responsibly on what this might mean for Episode IX.
Then as promised, we discuss the Solo trailer, how Emilia Clarke's character might relate to her portrayal as the "Queen of Dragons," and how the film might serve to refresh a divided fanbase. It's a fun discussion, which we hope you enjoy too.
