About Carly:
Carly studied Naturopathy at the former Australian College Natural Medicine (Now called Endeavour) and graduated in 1996. Carly initially focussed on many health conditions however the last 10 yrs has been focussing on Women's Hormones, Thyroid Disease and Gut dysfunction. Coupled with her love for teaching Yoga, her Inner Alchemy brand was created in 2017 to bring together her knowledge of Yogic principles and Natural healing.
Carly is well known for her passion regarding Thyroid and hormonal conditions, which stems from her own families struggles with Thyroid autoimmunity and her own Hypothyroid condition. She vowed to help others navigate through this tricky and often mis-understood condition using the three elements of Inner Alchemy (Yoga, Food and Healing).
In 2021, she launched her own Organic Chakra Balancing Range of Body Oils, Lotions and Herbal Tea’s all aligned to the 7 Chakra’s of the body. Using her knowledge of eastern Indian philosophy learnt whilst studying Yoga, and her western herbal naturopathic and aromatherapy knowledge, her intention was to provide a range that can help balance Physical, Emotional and Spiritual levels.
Carly works from home in the beautiful Currumbin Valley in QLD where she makes all her own product range and individual herbal tinctures and teas for clients. She offers zoom and phone consults for remote clients and a weekly face to face opportunity in Mt Warren Park on a Wednesday.
Using her spiritual team of crossed over animals and other beings, she is able to use her skills of claircognizance to tap into each client’s needs for healing. She is also a Beyond Quantum Healer helping clients travel into past lives and experiences to further gain deeper meaning of their soul’s journey.
