In the initial episode of the BattleStat Podcast, I explain exactly what the BattleStat Number (BSN) is. The BSN is my custom formula that is similar to a quarterback rating (QBR), measuring the efficiency and effectiveness for offensive skill positions (Wide Receiver, Tight End, and Running Back). I use the BSN to analyze players of the 2018 NFL season and go over possible fantasy football picks using the BSN. I then switch gears to calculate and analyze BSNs for a few key collegiate athletes (Adrian Hardy, La Tech; Marquez Stevenson, Univ of Houston; Chuba Hubbard, Okla St), and project their college BSNs to current NFL players.
