He saw firms don't need another outsourcing firm to go to, they need a trusted advisor to turn to that can show them all their options Onshore & Offshore, help train their teams on the best practices, help them plan, create a strategy and be a resource to overcome challenges. His goal is to be the Trusted Advisor every firm speaks with before & during their outsourcing journey.
