Description

In this episode, I sit down with the incredible Vic Williams, a South African entrepreneur and neurodiversity advocate who has called the UK home for ages now and is becoming a prominent figure in the neurodiversity space.

Diagnosed with dyslexia at 46 and ADHD at 53, Vic's story is one of resilience and reinvention.

Vic was my very first guest when I ventured into LinkedIn Live streaming just 3 years ago.  We recorded episode 276.  Not all have become podcasts.

Vic offers coaching, training, and courses for individuals with dyslexia and ADHD, helping them unlock their full potential and he discusses the Access to Work program, a government-funded initiative that provides crucial support for neurodiverse individuals.

Meanwhile, the 12 Network, which evolved from LinkedIn Local, is all about community and connection. Vic explains how this platform allows people to share their stories and experiences, fostering a sense of belonging and support.

The conversation takes an inspiring turn as Vic talks about the importance of storytelling and community.

Great to have him back and hear what he’s been up to.
