Breathing life and building confidence in others is a passion of hers. She loves helping individuals recognize, appreciate, and own the value they bring to the next employer, themselves, their personal relationships, and their business endeavors. She encourages each person to celebrate their wins, big or small, and being a Married, Workin' Mama has shown her that it's essential never to put yourself last. Her goal was to start a boutique firm that was client and relationship building-focused. A firm that reflected her years of unwavering customer service. This ultimately encouraged her to take a risk and start Alexander Recruiting, LLC.
In addition to being the CEO and Founder of Alexander Recruiting, she is the Co-Founder of a community organization called Married Workin’ Mamas. An organization that provides other women who are married, married mamas, and Workin' Mamas a safe, enjoyable, and intimate space to empower, collaborate, thrive, and celebrate through their networking and community service events.
Outside of networking and meeting new clients, she spends her time being a wife to her husband of 16 1/2 years and raising their two active children. She enjoys a nice cup of coffee, saving fashionable images on Pinterest, laughing loudly with family and friends, and incorporating taco night as often as possible.
