It's about 2.30pm on a Friday afternoon as I record this, and I'm done.
Looking back at the calendar, it's been over a month since I last had a complete day off ... and the last three weeks in particular have been really really busy.
I'm not complaining – I love my work – but occasionally you get a signal that it's time to rest.
I've had that signal this afternoon, so I'm downing tools without guilt.
